Sample Reporting Materials
As part of payment requests milestones, grantees may be asked to submit a variety of documents such as plans, protocols, report. The list below provides links to a sample of these documents. These materials may be useful to grantees as they provide concrete examples, as well as guidance, on what is an approved plan or protocol. Please note that each project is unique and that these materials should be mainly considered as a reference tool.
