LSC has established an evaluation system to systematically assess websites funded through the TIG program. There are separate evaluation and reporting requirements for New (First), Renewal (Second) and Continuation (Third) website grants. The components of the website evaluation and reporting system are identified below. New (First) and Renewal (Second) Website Grants

Recipients of TIG "new (first) website grants" and "renewal (second) website grants" must complete evaluations using the on-line website evaluation surveys for:

• Client websites
• Advocate websites
• Client User interviews

Recipients of Renewal Website Grants must also submit a final narrative report.

The sequence in which an individual grantee has implemented the different components of their websites will dictate the specific instruments they should use to meet the particular evaluation requirements for their new and renewal website grants. Grantees that implemented the client side of their websites first should complete the Client Website Evaluation System to meet the evaluation requirements for the new website grants and the Advocate Website Evaluation System to meet the evaluation requirements for their renewal website grants. Grantees that implemented the advocate side of their websites first should complete the Advocate Website Evaluation System to meet the evaluation requirements for the new website grants and the Client Website Evaluation System to meet the evaluation requirements for their renewal website grants.

All grantees should complete the Client User Interview instruments as part of their renewal grant evaluations.
