TIG Evaluation Plans

Recipients of non-website grants will receive a second grant payment once they have completed the milestones listed for the second payment period, which include the submission of an approved evaluation plan.

TIG Final Reports

Recipients of non-website grants will receive the final grant payment once they submit an approved final report. The report must be submitted using the TIG Final Evaluation Report Form. The form can be accessed by clicking the link below.
