TIG-Funded Webinar Helps Providers Weigh the Benefits and Risks of the Cloud

In August, 2012, the ABA House of Delegates adopted new commentary language for Model Rule 1.1 that requires lawyers to stay up-to-date on the benefits and risks associated with technolgies used in the legal practice.

Legal aid attorneys concerned about the new langauge shouldn't fear. The community has developed many accessible resources on emerging technologies. Last month's TIG-funded cloud computing webinar is an excellent example -- it's engaging and effectively balances the benefits and risks of this exciting new technology.
